It's not the size, it...

... depends on the context.

This is a little guy. 12" x 7" of usable space and fits about 3 pedals. Do players who use only a couple/few pedals use small boards or just chuck 'em on the floor?

I'm trying to determine feasibility for these because while there's less work to do these than the big ones, it requires pretty much all of the same operations so I'm trying to figure out how I could do them for under $100.

The finish is not a reliced finish per se, but the staining process gives it an aged look which I like, and think I'll do more boards with that look.

I think it looks great Bob!
I wanted to finish a guitar body like that.

Like a fat kid wants cake.

I wish you rolled that out when I first ordered

I'm still trying to fill all the space on my board!

Everytime

So, so good. Your threads are like porn for me. And in this porn, as is alluded by your title, the size truly doesn't matter because this is awesome.

For under 100 you can count me in..pm me and I'll order. I use 3-4 pedals max...

Thanks guys!

Hahaha... well, this is really only big enough for 3 pedals max, so it wouldn't be big enough. That said, after some of the feedback that I've gotten on this one, it's probably a little too small so I may adjust the design to accommodate a max of 5 Hammond 1590B sized pedals. It would still be sized so that inputs, power and a power supply underneath would not be doable.

7" is too deep, IMO. I use my Pedaltrain Nano more than my larger board. I would think a board this size is definitely feasible.

Yeah, with this design I cannot compete with china. That said, I could probably compete easily by making a comparable, primitive design with basically 3-4 pieces of wood. No fancy cuts, just two sloped legs and two small cross members. Oil it and be done with it. Hmmmmmm...

On my small board, I need to get at least 4 pedals, generally 5 so this would be a little small for me.

Working in the shop today, the realization of the attention to detail I put into my productsfinally dawned on me. I need to keep doing what I'm doing and will not be ashamed at what I have to charge for a high quality product that's made in the USA. The Chinese welding factories can keep sucking fumes.

Overdrive, Wah, Done.

Ok maybe reverb/chorus/delay if I ever used cleans but I'm one of the "few" pedal type of guys. I always chuck them on the floor but I can't see anyone who only uses a couple of pedals who wouldn't want one of these little guys.

Your pedalboards look much much nicer than the cheap pedalboards made overseas. I think yours are worth the additional money for sure.
