I think if America could get back it’s primary food production and domestic industry that would go a long way to a stronger economy.
Same with this place (Australia).
Unfortunately we don’t have the population to sustain those sectors on our own.
I damn sure would prefer to buy USA made over Chinese, however if there’s any living proof in the old saying about winning the war by sheer weight of numbers, then China (and also India) is the most successful example of that. They just have more of everything, including 18 megacities more populated than New York. It’s mental.
In the meantime Chinese made versions of superior products will continue and the QC will get better and better. Already is in a variety of products, electrical, household, automotive etc… and Trump’s tariffs are just a futile exercise in him cutting of America’s nose to spite its face.

Ignore the fact that lockdowns and quarantines didn't do jack shit to stop the spread of COVID-19 per NIH/National Health Institute studies that concluded as such...... and led to the stupid economy we have now with high inflation and lower standards of living on average for most Americans..... led by the Democrats/Left Woke and Biden/Kamala........

Yeah certain models are worth it like Charvels, EVH and Vinteras and stuff like that.....
But your MIM Player Series whatever for 800-900+...... yeah I ain't paying for that. When I could get a Kramer, Charvel or yeah a Jackson, Shecter, Yamaha or G&L and get a lot more value for the same or less money.
