He's a local guy and first time I heard him live I was very impressed. I was not only doing some VH stuff but also some classic rock tunes and he was in total control.

That's cool that he's now interviewed by GW. Thanks for sharing.

Great player...aside from EVH, he mimics Randy Rhodes' playing with surprising accuracy. Really enjoy his youtube channel.

Uh hoh! Would-ah you like some Poutine with this-ah hot lick in G mon ami!

This guy is amazing, been watching his vids since it looked like he was in his basement. LOL

That accent brings me back too. I was born in the US, but my entire family are Canadian by birth (from Quebec). Grew up in S. Florida, with a lot of Canadian relatives being "snow birds" that would come down in the wintertime. I was surrounded by that accent.. :ROFLMAO:

What are you doing in Arkansas?

What are you doing in Arkansas?
I ask myself that every day. :ROFLMAO:

Real answer, my dad loved it here. My mom, not so much. In my youth, we moved back and forth between Florida and Arkansas several times and I ended up back here during my high school years. I grew to love it for the most part, and besides a few stints back in FL and Atlanta, I've just always found my way back here. Came back permanently in the late 2000's. It's where I call home.

My niece grew up in the bourgeois Orange County area of Southern California. She went to college in Arkansas and fell in love with it. She met her husband there and has settled down there now. My brother is going to move out there too soon as his retirement looms near. It is very nice from what I can see...

I'm more of an Arizonian by temperament, so I'll be retiring in Prescott in a few years... but Arkansas really is attractive too...

Come on over!! We could always use a great amp guy in these parts! I'm assuming your sister probably settled in the Fayetteville/Bentonville/Springdale area if she went to college here and was taking about how pretty it is. South Arkansas is a bit flat and boring. 😂

Jacob sat in for a few tunes at The Whiskey in LA with Jimmy Burkard Saturday night. Jimmy had both of his MGL100 heads, so Jacob played thru one and really liked it. He may end up doing some demo vids for us.

Saw this yesterday.

Dude made it so-entermataining to watch / listen to.

Refreshing to see a young punk with old-school values too.

I guess we have something in common. I've moved to FL three different times since 2003 and to TX twice since '11. I'm thinking about making a 4th move there in the next couple years since my parents is getting old but man I'm kind of sick of moving there. I deeply love FL, but also deeply hate other things about it so I've been torn on that. Most of my family is there and my old man has been on and off from cancer. Which reminds me, how has your health been treating you lately? I try to keep you and some others in my prayers at least semi-consistently.
