I think the reason folks get mad is because the event was hyped and the prosecutions are politically motivated and a blatant double standard. In any other scenario they would get off with a slap on the wrist. But because it’s the establishments excuse to label republicans as domestic terrorists, they’re treating these protestors that way in the judicial system, even though most of the charges are nothing special.

What blows my mind is that the leftists in this country continually back the play of the democrats and the media even though it is blatantly the same shit they march in the streets rioting, er, I mean peacefully protesting about.
Funny how every major city in the country can go richter over the accidental killing of a felonious drug addict who resisted arrest, burning businesses and destroying homes, attacking and killing cops, disrupting traffic and business and the democrats and media call it " Mostly peaceful protesting". But when citizens join together to oppose their elite ruling masterclass it's " A threat to democracy". Simply walking around in the capitol building, after being let in by capitol police, is garnering prison time.
It's the same dumbasses who claim cops are racist and hunting young black males and at the same time protest for the cops and government to be the only ones allowed to have guns.
