Now, WHY it was done, I dunno, but as it was done, it was bang on.

I'm with others here in thinking the performance was very good. Nirvana was the first band that I ever got into during my young teens and were the reason I picked up the instrument in the first place. And, while I've grown to appreciate many other types of rock music that would be the total opposite of Nirvana's music, I never stopped liking the band am still a fan to this day. So, with that said, I don't understand all the hate from all of these other Nirvana fans. It could've been much, much worse. I think he did a great job with it.

I see nothing wrong with that, even if getting the part in the movie was his motive. Pretty well done, too.
 
I hate Jared Leto....but that was actually pretty damn good. All the looks/ mannerisms etc . If you didnt look too deep you woulda thought it was Kurt.
