Jet City Jet Pack without loop question?

Dave since you have dug into these with your mods I figured you would be a good source.
I was wondering how the 20 watt takes pedals if it does not have the loop installed?

Specifically delays, I was planning on using my DD3 and Digi delay in front.
If you advise against it and recommend the loop that is okay as well.
Otherwise I might just get the 50w head.

Well it really depends on if you like delays in front. I can put a loop and the mod in the jet city.

When you say "like them in front", I'm okay with that as long as the gain doesn't make it sound metallic or weird. If it sounds good I have no problem with it in front.

I knew you had the loop option just wasn't sure to throw down $200 more for a 20w amp.

Well it sounds good but it still sounds like a delay in front.
