If you ever hear it again, make sure you have Shazam on your phone and there’s a very good chance it will tell you what it is.
 
What I’ll give Clapton is he’s like Schenker in that he has a good flow, never really falls out of the pocket or hits a bum note. His tone with Cream, especially the wah tone is some of the best ever. Once he went to Strats in the 70’s he lost me.

WTF is Shazam? I thought that the existence of the supposed Sinbad movie was ruled out due to the Mandela effect

Yeah I preferred him with a Tele or a Gibson myself. Interesting fact though, the Tele he's using in that Hyde Park video I posted has Brownie's neck screwed to it.

Listen to music on my phone lol? I guess I could set up a walkie talkie in front of my amp and listen to it from the receiving end to match that stellar audio experience

That’s not entirely true Floyd. while I won’t pretend to understand his political choices, honestly I never understood the hero worship of Clapton for his guitar playing. Just never been a fan, this goes way back, long before I cared about politics or before there was an internet to even know what someone’s affiliations were.
