I make my own... I baked this bread literally yesterday. It's 10% WM Rye, 10% WM Wheat and 80% high protein baker's flour. 2% salt by flour weight and 76% hydration by flour weight. Bulk ferment is 6.5 hours at 24.5c and a 18hr retard in the fridge before baking straight out of the fridge. There is no sugar whatsoever.

From what I can tell peeps are slowly cottoning on to the fact that there are indeed other sub-forums.

The number of new posts in said sections every day is at least proportional to their relative number of threads vs the general category, so it's not all-bad.

I was being slightly sarcastic. By itself under any normal usage it is incredibly safe.
