Jon Schaffer - MGL100 Modern/Vintage

[MGL AmpWorks]

Jon Schaffer has been a long time customer and friend. We've done many guitar deals over the last 20 years or so. About a month ago I shipped him my personal MGL100 that we had just updated to the Modern/Vintage specs. Jon got the amp set up in his studio, played it for a while and then texted me with his initial thoughts. Very musical gain, mean & aggressive and overall a "crushing" amp. He's starting on a new Sons of Liberty album and over the last 3 weeks he's been real inspired by the amp and has a number of new tunes already written. He's thinking that the MGL100 and his Larry amps will be killer together for recording. In the near future he's going to do a few demos of the amp for us to post. Looking forward to those!

Dan, you should fly out and play with him. I think that would be a great collaboration
