Agreed. I often wish we could have organized a TECH SECTION over here for things such as this. Would have been great. Too bad they won't let them run over there though. And, it is because of all the boutique guys (or users) I am guessing, since he said Fender had nothing to do with it.

A lot of people over there do nothing but try and one-up everyone that posts anything.......I decided I'd had enough of the "clever" and came here instead....people are actually nice and will answer questions.

I think if you're so enraged by a question that you've seen a thousand times before that you can do nothing but try to crucify someone for asking it, it's time to go play your fucking guitar and get off the internet, m'kay?

Probably Peterson and his shit-tastic team of biased asshat moderators, all roads lead to their ilk when anything negative happens on TGP. Fuck them, I'm actually glad useful information is gone from their database personally.

It's too bad it wasn't copied/pasted so it could be transferred to a more worthwhile forum though...

They like to neuter posts from certain people and stealth-edit them when you aren't looking to fit their agenda, perhaps they instigated these shenanigans on Howard's content so he pulled a Psychodave and asked for removal of all content.

Or maybe Fender is too big a Corporation to have a presence on TGP and was seen as a potential threat to the small builders who have leeched themselves to the Amp section trolling for business.

i don't really have any hard feelings towards anyone in particular,

just totally disgusted by the principle taking the name Jesus off my signature, and when mentioning what happened on a Carol Ann thread i've contributed to dozens of times and is full of christian players, to prevent someone misinterpreting the sudden removal of Jesus, the first and most important name in my good transaction list, which has been there for over a year, suddenly and coincidentally and conveniently it became a "violation", the week my annual contributing membership expired,

and then being accused of harassing because i simply posted what a moderator posted in my message box, which would probably by default make what i was sent harassment if all i did was quote the message,

but bikini threads and fortin satan amps and super hard on pedals and f bombs all day long and juvenile flame wars are totally cool to keep posting.

Of all the people who post here, I can honestly say that you are the LEAST likely (imo) to EVER be harassing anyone; as a matter of fact, you're a consistently positive voice. Sad.

Of all the people who post here, I can honestly say that you are the LEAST likely (imo) to EVER be harassing anyone; as a matter of fact, you're a consistently positive voice. Sad.
