The other guitarist in my cover band bought one and said its awesome. I havent heard it yet but will weds at practice. He's running his Mark I combo set as clean and using bogner pedal for dirt. The boost function is great for solos he said

I'm using the Bogner Red with the clean channel of my BE-100. Great pedal....I might even pick up an Ecstasy 20th now.

i was thinking about getting this someday since my FBM doesnt do crunch tones. I was thinking of running it straight into the fx return to bypass the pre, i can do that right? lol

I was disappointed In the Uberschall pedal. I've never played a Bogner amp, but I expected much more from it. It just sounded ok. It was as if there was a clean signal blended in with the dirt.

So what's the verdict Random Hero, is the Bogner red a keeper?
Only 3 things I have read on the Bogner red is that some are very noisy, you either get a noisy one or a quiet one. Also, some think the Red has a bit of a cocked wah going on in the mids and that the Blue is more 'amp-like'
