I work from home and tend to noodle all day while I'm working and hated the fact that I turn my Splawn on/off multiple times during the day
so I was looking around for a good practice/backup amp to grab. tops of my list was the peavey 6505MH (I still may get one)
and then I saw this video

and couldn't believe how good these little thing sound. I got the latest version which has a channel switcher pedal and separate EQ's/controls for each channel.
I got it off of Amazon in case it was crap, so I could do an easy return
plugged it into my splawn 2X12 and WOW!!
hooked up my FX8 to it and I think I've found my new practice amp. I'm going to try a few of the OD pedals in the fractal in front of it tomorrow
and see what I think but as of right now I'm thinking this is a keeper.
I was looking at the Friedman BE-mini but this thing IMO gets the job done at 1/2 the price, the loop is surprisingly good.

I may pick up the "Zombie" so I have a little mini recto in the house as well LOL!

and returned to Amazon today LOL
took it to rehearsal this morning in a very samll space we use on occasion. the other guitarsit was using an Egnater 1X12 combo and I couldn't hear myself at all.
oh well
Peavey 6505Mh incoming hopefully that will work out better :)

Not loud enough for a band setting but the Zombie is a great practice amp.
