Keeping it for now

I bought this a while back to build a project guitar and never got off the ground. It’s a Charvel style neck with Nickle jumbo frets and medium C thickness. It has a great birdeye finish. It is set up for a flyod Rose. Asking 350.00

Hi do you have the exact specs?
I’m sorry I don’t. I tried looking for the E-mail but don’t have it. I did send a Charvel neck out to them to copy from. I just had it made to a medium C which is a bit fatter than mine was.

You think that'll fit a Strat pocket? I've got a Superstrat I've been thinking of upgrading the neck on.

2-1/4” Charvel Style Heel would not fit a 2-3/16” Fender/Strat size neck pocket without quite a bit of relief to the pocket. You sure wouldn’t want to start shaving the sides of the heel on a neck this nice to make it fit a narrow pocket. And if you did open up the pocket on a Fender style body, you couldn’t reasonably go back to a std Fender neck without a decent air gap on both sides of the pocket.

I’m super, super tempted by this. This is a very special neck, and I’ve got a Musikraft body with a 2-1/4 neck pocket…. God this thing is nice.
