Yea that sounds great. Mark Cameron posted that vid on Mentoneman's namm wrap-up thread.

So, does this amp have a clean channel?

cool clip indeed, as i was listening to it i was thinking it would be cool to to play the ratt song 'your in love' with that amp. i bet it would be a awsome amp for ratt and lynch tones. i never really cared about these amps but that clip has me thinking i should get one someday, im pretty impressed

Sounds crushing!!! Interested in the clean channel too.

I haven't heard any clips yet, but I think Ralph said when he heard it at a guitar show or something similar last fall that the clean channel is incredibly good.

Now that amp sounds great.

Every clip I've ever heard online of a Cameron modded Marshall had this funny high end saturation and harshness that I didn't like, and I prefer my Splawn Quickrod to any of the Cameron Marshall's I've heard, but Cameron's amp sounds better than any of those modded Marshalls he's done IMO. I'd buy that amp based on the overdrive sounds alone, wonder what the clean channel can do.

Too bad it will probably be really expensive and really hard to get, and impossible to find used for a good price. But that's one fine sounding amp to my ears. Awesome. I want one.

I think the CCV-100 I heard at the show sounds better than any of the Cameron modded Marshalls I've ever owned. I've owned several of Marks amps but still have a favorite one that I always found myself playing so I keep selling off second favorite Camerons. But, this new amp sounds at least as good as my favorite old Jose Hi Gain/Low Gain amp does. I am thinking about getting on the list soon. Or, becoming a dealer once they go that route.

splawn ? sure thats a cameron amp..cause it should say splawn on it sounds just like one

I played the Cameron amp back in May at the NJ/NY guitar show, a bunch of guys here played it and heard it. It's a killer amp and doesn't sound like a Splawn QR, i can tell you that. Especially the clean tone   The clean tone on these amps IS really really good. Whichever amp you like is up to you but if i had the need for a killer sounding hot rodded Marshall i would get this amp.

Hopefully one of the locals will pick up a CCV so I can hear it next to my 2 channel Cameron Marshalls. My Jose measures up in terms of features(although not fooswitchable), so it would be interesting to see how different they are.

Yeah, I'm a Splawn dealer and really dig the Quickrod but the amps are different sounding in person. You have two different guys starting from the same modded Marshall philosophy, but the amps are voiced differently and really have different gain characteristics.

When is he supposed to start shipping?
CCV's have started shipping. According to Mark, things will be picking up.

They both got it right, better Marshall than Marshall can make.

that sounded killer. I don't care what the clean sounds like
