Is the boost footswitchable?
So... you'd have your crunch gain then hit the boost for solos??

Exactly...the solo boost is a volume adjustment that is foot switchable.

So the boost is "only" volume or gain also?

Keith, I asked this same question in another thread and Mark posted. The gist I got was either volume or gain.

EDIT - I copied Mark's post...

"CCM... both master and solo are just 2 footsitchable master volumes(this may change) .....CCV has a 3 pos gain style switch on both the master and solo switch so ...you can have a boost of gain for solo's or set it the same as the other master for just a volume boost.

The footswitch has channel and boost switches"

im also tired of the splawn and cameron threads were guys go at each other and both amp brands get bashed. it seems that theres always somebody that tries to get everybody pissed off and talk shit about scotts amps not being as good as marks or marks not being as good as scotts, both are great amp builders and should be respected for what they do.

It's not unlike the Engl/Diezel nonsense that was flaming up a year or 2 ago. It's always going to happen as it seems guitar players in general seem to be extremely brand loyal.

The fact that shit is still happening makes me sad about humanity. We haven't really evolved past the "my dad can beat up your dad" mentality that we all had in 2nd grade.

Anyways, the amps sound really, really good. GAS attack!

its stupid, i used to get caught up into all that stuff since im a big engl guy but i like diezels now also and both are awsome, it still happens on hcaf all the time with the engl/diezel threads and the splawn threads and i just stay out of it. i like splawns too and owned a couple of them and i still see lots of splawn bashing and theres always the cameron comparisons too, i think its better to let everybody like what they like and be happy. all of these guys make great amps and i just wanna respect what they do for the amp world. i guess i can feel this way because im not brand loyal anymore and i will play whatever i like. the only time i really get into it with anybody is when somebody acts like a prick towards me in a thread but in the end its not about amps at that point.
