I had one back in the day.. don’t know the radius but the neck was narrow & tiny.
Easy to play, but between how narrow it is was & being LP scale, I sold it. It was just too different feeling for me back then compared to my other guitars.
The OG ones are great

The OG versions also have rather small frets. Narrow and about 1 mm tall. I'm pretty sure even the current USA Wolfgang "vintage" frets are taller and probably wider.

That looks super @killertone .
How do find the R1 nut width?
As I said in my previous post above, would love to try an old one but I'm afraid of the neck feeling too narrow; I have especially a bad memory of some '67? Gibson necks that I felt were really too narrow and not comfortable to me VS the larger 11/16 (or even late 60's Fender) width.

It is definitely on the narrow side but it never bothered me and I have fairly large hands. I always thought that guitar was incredibly comfortable to play. A couple years ago I set it up and put the original Full Shred back in it after having a Distortion in the bridge for the last 25 years. Plays and sounds killer.

Here’s a quick clip i did with it:

I've owned 4 ogs.one being a Knapp lightning swan,imo the best one.
I've had bigger frets put on one and it definitely made it more comfortable to get around the neck on.Theres a nice thread on the kramer forum about the swan. Mine's aged quite well,30 yrs old and I like the tone out of them.I like the middle pickup, but just drop it down if it gets in the way.

Neck back shape is a c.i think the radius is a fixed 16",dnt quote me on that tho.heres an article from my gp mag.

Medium D shaped neck. Not as wide (nut width) as an RG, has shoulders to rest your thumb over the top. Medium thickness. Not RG/Jackson skinny.

I really like mine. The middle pickup I use as a neck pickup. It works alright, but its really a 1 humbucker shred-stick.
