A really good tool (if you have a PC) is called "Power Tab Editor". It's a free download and if you go to http://www.ultimate-guitar.com there are thousands of power tabs available. They have a MIDI player that highlights the notes as they are played and it makes tough licks a cinch to learn. If you have a MAC you can get "Guitar Pro" but it's only a trial version and it's much more complicated.

Most people have already covered your question but this is one of the most popular guitar riffs ever and there are lots of videos/tabs that should help you out.

Try the amazing slo downer so you can hear the rhythm played at slow speed. (practice along)

To learn the rhythm try to keep beat (tap your foot on the downbeats) while beating the ryhthm of the guitar part (including the slide) in small sections. Away from the guitar. Get it in your mind 1st...
