Just watched it finally. I thought it was pretty good. @VonBonfire might not like it since there are several references to the so called moon landing, but I think he would be interested in some of the early footage. Most of which I have never seen before.

One note, it’s well known that both Page and Plant could be pretty sloppy live, but there’s ample evidence in this film that wasn’t always the case.

Thanks for thinking of me but I don't really like Led Zeppelin cause Plant's shrieking bitch voice and simulated orgasms aren't something I want to hear. VH had the same thing with Roth which is why I don't really like their stuff either. Great music, bad vocals. If we are talking killer rock vocalists I want to talk about Brad Delp or Paul Rodgers.

You may like the early stuff bro. I’m with you on Paul Rogers though.

I enjoyed it. They didn't focus much on the negative stuff. It was cool to hear Bonham's voice from past interviews.

Got a copy about a month ago, watched it several times. Watched it again this week.
Did enjoy and think it presents the musicianship and dedication very well.

I got out of zep 20 yrs ago.
Used to be my #1 influence in the 70s and 80s. Copied every signature lick.

Not bashing. I just moved on to different styles

Their prior experience and session work was an eyeopener. I always heard JPJ and JP were session musicians ho hum but I never really grasped the complete depth of it. I'm not even sure now that the film went very deep into it due to time constraints.
I also think all that gave them the insider experience to deliver completed albums with minimal oversight. Really interesting.
