Looking for a good booster

I'm partial to the BB+, but I have a friend that runs a twin with the Bogner Red and holy shit it is glorious. He gets the best of both worlds, a Bogner lead tone and a Fender clean.

I'm thinking about picking up a Fender Twin and doing a speaker swap.

I want to add a good booster. Something tight with good sizzle and a modern twist.

I had a BE Modded Marshall for years and I'm thinking of getting the BE pedal.

Anyone have any experience with the twin specifically and boosting?

You seem to be describing the ISP Theta pedal preamp especially since you are going in to a twin clean channel. Check out the clips on YT and Sotoprinces Theta in to a torpedo live clips. The Theta sound great, has 1 clean and two distortion channels works in to the frontend of and amp or into a power amp or into a speaker emulator direct.

I was actually thinking of getting the Red, too. There's so many options out there.

That Revv G3 is sweet. But the Bogner has all the options on it plus mid control (which the BE lacks).

I'll probably buy one, return it then go from there that way
