Low wattage power amp?

I've been tempted numerous times to go with a rack setup, given the switchable preamps possibilities, but it seems that every power amp is serious overkill. Are there any power amps in the 20ish watt range? tube preferably. the preamps i would get would be the rockmaster and/or jmp1.

The only 2 out are the Marshall 20/20 and Mesa 20/20.
Both can literally rip your head off volume wise. But reliability due to design is a bit of a problem in my experience.
