Yeah, as far as I know he has only sold a tiny smidge of his stuff publically, I think maybe a few of his 70s Riveras and a more or less empty touring rack. He still has several hundred guitars, including a 59 burst, and my best bet is that all his amp and rack stuff is there somewhere too.

They just rehabbed a 1500 sq ft house across the street built in 1950 and the asking price is $500,000. And its nothing special.
Another new house just built across the street about the same size starts at $399,000.
Real estate prices just like Gibson guitars and a ton of other stuff are in an insane price bubble thats going to pop at some point like 2008.
I have family in rural Kentucky and looked into possible relocation but the area is so depressing nobody wants to live there. No good health care and yes cheap antiquated homes but there are so many meth & heroin addicts you can't keep them from ripping you off.

I will say I have preferred the feel of the ones without the GEQ to the ones with. Kind of funny.

I keep mine scooped too. It makes it sound fantastic. But when I tossed an EQ in the loop vs having it in the amp it seemed to feel more responsive to me. Almost faster. Obviously I could just be nuts but I had an HR then had Mike B add a GEQ after and it felt different after the mod to me.
