They just rehabbed a 1500 sq ft house across the street built in 1950 and the asking price is $500,000. And its nothing special.
Another new house just built across the street about the same size starts at $399,000.
Real estate prices just like Gibson guitars and a ton of other stuff are in an insane price bubble thats going to pop at some point like 2008.
I have family in rural Kentucky and looked into possible relocation but the area is so depressing nobody wants to live there. No good health care and yes cheap antiquated homes but there are so many meth & heroin addicts you can't keep them from ripping you off.

They're selling it as two separate rigs now, one head and one cab together times two. One half is already gone, presumably. But yeah, I don't get the feeling Luke is involved at all, if they're "begging him to come shred" as they say... the Toto company probably unloaded these at some point... but back when he actually used these amps 25K in coke wouldn't last thru the tour

an 8 ball = 3.5 grams @ $350 an 8 ball of Pablo Escobars cola times 28 grams in an ounce = $9800 .......................................................................... 3 ounces of coke X $9800 would + $29,400 so yeah $25K would be a drop in da bucket.

Yeah, maybe they bias up correctly but this rig just doesn't seem like it's been properly serviced or maintained. Fail.

you have been sober for a long time... cocaine is more like $50 a gram, not $100. at least around here... of course, you're also taking a chance at getting the F-bomb (fentynal). I'd never touch the stuff because it is filthy, douche bag fuel, but i'm from detroit, so i know a lot about drugs
