Man I might be wrong but this will be the next Suhr/Anderson........

freaking AMAZING job and that headstock is the sexiest thing out there right now.

freaking awesome Jerry,

Nothing like naming two guys that have been in the business for 30 years, one you can argue is the founding father of the superstrat.

No pressure

Which one? :D

I think EVH, Grover Jackson, Wayne Charvel or Gary Kramer might lay claim to that.
Gotta throw Tom Anderson/Dave Schecter, Ken Warmoth, and Lynn Ellsworth into that equation...and I'd personally boot Wayne and Gary (Wayne sold parts, it was Grover who actually made Charvel into a builder...and Gary was way late to the game by the time he moved to superstrats from his funtional tuning forks). Grover was the guy who brought them to the masses and developed what I consider to be the first true superstrat, the Soloist. There was a Charvel thread a few months back where we got into the details of this.

On the headstock pic above, is there a reason that the string lock on the low E and A strings is sideways?

Don't know why it's sideways, that guitar belongs to Reza now.

The Luxxtone headstock is more slim than the nuno and the lines are very clean too. It makes you feel as cool as it looks when your playing and you look at the headstock, it just gives off rad mojo.
Personally it's my favorite stratocaster derivative headstock out there.

I like it better than a standard strat headstock.

Me too man...just had Jerry replace a neck on my Mahogany Super Strat, and it is OUTSTANDING. Great customer service too...

How's that rack SLO ;) :)
If you're talking to me, my SLO is a straight up head...

And oh yes...still my go-to all-time favorite amp.

Oh man, I thought you were who I sold one of my rack amps to. But yes all SLO love from me.

Cant wait to get my hands on one of these!! Have a few friends that have ordered them now and once I get financial viable again I am SURE there will be one on my wall too!! Such a killer idea to start incorporating copper!! (even though I am sure i will scratch the hell out of it...it just will add to that relic look)

Guys have been putting copper on superstrats for 30+ years, Jamie West of the Fixx used one for years and still has it.
Edit.......

One of the guys that Joey is comparing Luxx to did it 30 years ago :D

Did they do copper? I know brass was big in those days but I don't recall copper.

I see Floyd Upgrades is now offer copper sustain blocks...hmmmm?

I was thinking the same thing but would think that guard would be heavy as hell.

Maybe that guy from Pensa will show up and give us the lowdown ;)
