Was told that the Universal Audio Apollo isn`t compatible with the new Mac Os Sierra :( . Anyone who knows when UAD releases a Mac Os Sierra compatible version?

I dont know youd upgrade right away like that, im still on yosemitie cause dont want to wait for shit like that..the new os is not that much better...if you have time machine try to revert back...unless you just bought it then ok....

with every new version of OS X my interface is not supported. Getting sick of this shit, especially since apparently I only get the urge to record right after a new release...

Don't upgrade for at least 3 months! Had the same problem with UAD previously. Great interface but they aren't always the fastest to keep up with updates. They didn't address the wake from sleep issue for about 6 months and even then it still didn't work properly.

I have a second mac running Sierra and it works perfectly with my Clarett 8 pre. Still, not doing a thing on the main computer until at least December. I have to complete a contract and I don't want to mess with anything.

I highly doubt they'll not support the apollo products for the new OS. That being said, you'd think they'd be all over the OS update with how much they've been investing in industry coverage. That'd leave a real stain on their new stuff if they pulled that 'we won't support the new OS with our three year old products.' I had to recycle three pieces of m-audio gear all at one time because of the same issue. Fuckers... :boxer:

Yosemite was the shiznit. Updated to mavericks and a lot of my high dollar programs went to shit. I was pissed. El cap was a little bit better. I haven't updated to Sierra yet. Gonna wait awhile

But it's a Mac. How can this be? I thought they were perfect and there were never any driver or support issues...
