The funniest part to me is the video of him doing a bass clinic where you can literally see the cubase project up with the tracks ROFL

Funny stuff. But who even wants to play like that? I guess the people who paid money to attend his clinics. Music that sounds like uncontrollable bowel movements seem to be the hotness these days.

I only know this guy from what has been posted in this thread. Did he sell clinics? I wonder how he pulled that off in front of real bass players?

No idea, but the instagram videos were getting attention from artists who have actual skills. I just don't understand how the dude thought he wasn't gonna be found out though I suppose if it hadn't gone as viral as it did he probably could've flown under the radar. People are calling him midi vanilli, lol. In a way it seems to be kind of the same basic story.

Thanks. It's one thing to cherry pick a 30 second clip for IG, another to fool an audience who wants to be entertained, but that would be a hard sell to fool and answer questions / demo parts in front of real players

I imagined he he TIGHTLY controls those clinics to get away with this - but I mean Jesus man you can SEE THE DAW running during his clinic
 
I will say though… I have no fucking idea who these people are anyway and would never listen to their shit “music” to begin with. So I kind of feel like the people being duped here are like people that get duped by televangelists or psychics. The victims here have to be at least partly to blame.
