I'm sure that is a great amp but it lacks the refinement of the C+/++ preamp in bounce and feel the C+ is known for. Then again I could be wrong but I doubt it Gary, this amp is no slouch bro.

Believe me, I hold the C+/++ on an extremely high pedestal but if there is one specific aspect of my amp that outperforms the C+/++, it is precisely that bouncy responsive feel that is fun to play. The C+/++ was definitely my #1 until this... Anyway, just a fun conversation...

Nice, that must be pretty amazing! I’ve not tried a Larry yet, but have a PMM on order, so maybe it could be a game changer and render a bunch of amps obsolete. So far I’ve yet to try anything that can match a c+ at what it does (one of my top 3 faves for sure), but I have a bunch of other high gain amps that I feel are every bit as good in their own way that have other qualities unique to them that the c+’s can’t come close to matching. All different colors to play with, but the c+ is one of my favorite colors

3 DRG Mark IIC+ and an EVH Stealth 100W controlled by a MESA amp switcher. The C+ amps are all dialed in different, and it is glorious. Either one or all four at once.
