I recorded a video the day before yesterday with my new GoPro camera. The audio is mixed using the wave files from the actual show. The amp can be bought from ModSquad after this tour ends! This amp sounds awesome, It's not a Satan but it's pretty close with a Maxon OD808.

I was pissed that I had a gig the night you were supposed to play here on Long Island and I wasn't going to be able to meet you, but I saw that the gig was canceled anyway because of the weather. Hopefully you guys can make it out this way sometime soon!

Just a heads up. That is my personal amp and Like Ola mentioned, it will be sold when Ola is done kicking it's ass in lol! It's actually a Metro Kit that Mike Fortin Modded to an actual Jose Arredondo spec.

I've got the added 4th gain stage on mine.. so maybe I'll just crank up the 'violence' (gain) on that preamp tube and push it into new territory. Currently have 'violence' set just short of noon.

Very cool! My Cali only has 3 gain stages but that still wouldn't stop me from hitting the amp with a TS if it had 4 hahahahaha!!

Yeah, my Kali has 3 stage clipped circuit as well as added 4th gain. I've NEVER used the clipped diodes. Added 4th gain is so much bigger, juicier, more dynamic and without the drop in volume or increase amp noise. Im gonna crank the 4th stage violence tonite and see how it affects the amp.... not ruling out a od808 or something similar.. might be nice to have for our heavier cover songs we do. Cheers

Cory! Bypass the 4th stage and switch on the diode clipping with the largest volume drop. That will get you extremely close to the tone in that YouTube clip Then feel free to spank the front end with a TS if needed!

Tried it.. all be it not boosted out front cuz I dont currently have one. Nothing compares to the hugeness and tone of the added 4th gain stage Turned up the violence and once again found myself smilin My Killer Kali has provided me more smiles than any other amp I've ever owned..and it's a pretty decent high end list. The Kali is just so damn perfect and functional for me.

For those interested, I also did a mod to Ola's Mesa Vtwin pedal for a back up and fly date situations.....fun stuff

Even though I'm selling that amp, You know that I'm going to plug into that amp and crank that Focker before it goes to a new home


That Pedal is SICK Mike. In my eyes, I think that is the future fly out rig for guys who don't want to go the digital route.

I can say whole heartedly that even when you use pedals through a back lined amp, you never know how it's going to sound. Having a pedal like that will most definitely take away the nerves hahahaha!

Never heard six feet under before, I normally have a hard time with growling vocals, but I listened to the other festival video of the same song. I have to say that your playing and sound has taken that band to the next level. Huge difference, much more defined. I even liked the song.
