I thought it was cool. I was in japan a few weeks ago and saw Marty doing ramen commercials. The videos got a bit of everything....chains on the guitars, glamour shots, heavy riffs, pop hooks, demons, black/white, color, good hair.

oh yeah... I had a union jack pickguard on my red fender guitar. My mom laughed at me because the red on the union jack did not match the red on my guitar. she was probably right. I think it was cheap plastic and it broke a few hours later.

Yeah man. It was a WD pickguard. Some of them were really cheap brittle plastic. I think i put some torque on my guitar cable and it snapped the pickguard right off the guitar.

Music for Speeding rocks. However, I wouldn't mind the old Megadeth Marty back. I kinda wish he'd make another solo album like Dragon's Kiss. He still rocks out the old songs once in awhile though. Here he is with Ron Jarzombek:

Yeah, they put some lip gloss on him or something but I don't really see him doing an over the top Paul Stanley impersonation. His hair has looked like that for some time. This dude is an icon in Japan he's probably got little Japanese Idol model chicks bouncing off him left and right. I don't thing he's a poof because of one corny video.
