I've done 3 EVH bumblebees and 1 of the 78 years ago and it does take time and patience for sure.

I think a lot of his guitars are in the 1800-1900 usd range. He does a mean paint job no question.

Ive got an early version of his 78 legend. Nice guitar. Heavy AF! But sounds good. And plays good. Stable…solid axe for sure. He told me a couple yrs ago his “game” had gotten much better since then, think he was talking mostly about the paint jobs.

Body is cool, but that head stock is poop. Looks like they used nails at different angles in that void area.

Red one has those same "nails".... lol

Well they are #4 finish nails and they used the magic of Eddie Van Halen to set them so…

My brother has a Frankie built by them. Blows Fender's version out of the water. Attention to detail, and quality parts miles better. And he bought it from an old guy locally for $1500.
