Well, we've lived on this mountain over 18 years now, and I haven't seen any bear turds up here (or human turds for that matter). LOL We get bears, cats, and coyotes on our property since we're about 100 yards away from a big creek where they like to drink. So far we are turdless. LMAO

You're a spoiled guy JohnnyGtar! Mountain homestead with a creek on it? Sounds like you are living the dream. My only complaint at my current place is no creek. The springs that feed the river are three miles from my place and there is that river and another nearby as well for cooling off but nothing beats on-site water like that. Really considering one more move for that reason, but I Have a lot of sweat equity here.

Did you ever try setting the pickups lower and raising the polepieces? Weren't we talking about that in another thread someplace?
