So, I just spent 20 minutes with my new mini rectifier. Let me answer a few questions that I've heard.
Again I've only spent 20 minutes with it. I ran it through a recto cab, a Port City OS 2x12 (v30s), and a Port City OS 1x12 with an EVM-12L. It sounds killer. It's every bit the recto my Roadster is (obviously not as versatile, no reverb, not as much headroom, etc) but incredible in its own right. It is incredibly dynamic, that's what strikes me the most. I've never heard the EVM-12L sound like that.
I'll reserve verdict on value after I've spent more time with it. Honeymoon period is the wrong time for that. First impressions are it's built like a tank, sounds great, and it's perfectly suitable for a lot of gigs.

1. Yes, it's really a recto in that tiny package
2. Yes, it has the bass response and wall of sound of a full size recto
3. The clean is impressive: dynamic and full, think Lonestar Special
4. Yes, it's freaking loud
