For Sale: 1994 Mesa Mark III Green Stripe HRG amp short-head with the ++ mod installed by Mike Bendinelli at the Mesa Factory HQ. Amp was born in June 1994, Serial # 280XX with the final quality check performed by Mike B. Amp was fully serviced with the ++ mod installed in June 2018 (as indicated on the back panel by Mike B.'s initials). Amp also had: Class A tube sockets re-wired for full pentode full power operation, a new AC power cord, new fan, all electrolytic caps replaced, and an overall service performed at Mesa Factory HQ by Mike B. The head shell is a brand-new Mesa factory made Mark III head shell, covered in purple leather. This head shell from Mesa costs $850 just for the head shell. It looks amazing in-person. Not some 3rd party no-name head shell made in a guy's garage. The amp is in excellent ++ condition, super clean condition. It looks brand-new. Time capsule amp right here. Receipt from Mesa Factory HQ in Petaluma, CA included stating that Mike B. personally performed the ++ mod and Mike's service notes detailing all service work mentioned above. Mike B. himself mentions in his notes that "this amp is very clean". This is a fully-loaded MK III Green Stripe ++ HRG All Pentode head. Mike B. doesn't work at Mesa anymore and doesn't perform the ++ mod anymore. I've sold 3 of these Mark III ++ heads on this forum over the years. This amp will only go up in value.
