Mesa Mark V - blown fuse and blue flash

We seen a blue flash, like a flame, coming from the back of the amp when engaging the standby. Fuse was blown, replaced it, again another blue flash when removing the standby. The new fuse not blown, and is 1,6A instead 2A.
Then the tubes look normal, and the amp sound as usual

Have any experience about this?

If that happens I would always pull the power tubes first, then try a new fuse. But in any case, it needs to be looked at by a tech. That blue flash could have taken out a part that was otherwise fine.
