Some clips of it sounds pretty badass, but I don't see a lot of chatter about this amp. Anyone play it?

I am curious to see what the next gen rectifier and mark series will be like if they do them

Master volume, anyone?

Coming from other Mesa amps that I’ve played, rectifiers, marks this TC100 is my favorite of them. Very easy to dial in, great tone right out of the box, sounds good both quiet and loud. If I was looking for a 3 channel amp this amp would be at the top of my list. Both crunch and lead channels have something going on that just sounds killer, and the tight switch gets you some seriously modern and aggressive boosted tones.
If you get a chance, check this amp out man!

This struck me as a little odd because I played one not so long ago and it sounded really good. I thought it had a fairly characteristic Mesa Boogie sound. In fact I wonder if it's based on a Dual Rectifier because it kind of gave off that vibe in my opinion.

The lower the volume (or more you attenuate), the less usage you are getting out of the amp. I could find cheaper amps to not use at their full potential.
The katana gets very loud and I have it on .5 watts at the price of $220 vs $2,200 for the TC100. I have a few amp heads already, too

You have to ignore most internet BS unless it's opinions of people you trust and know, or just go out and play the amp. Some guys think their opinion is fact and will go to lengths to validate their own BS. It happened here often but a few of the most guilty culprits don't post here anymore. They might be lost in a matrix somewhere.![]()
