Master of Puppets is a genre defining masterpiece by one of the world's best metal bands ever at the apex of their game.

I agree about puppets but not what you said about Van Halen. I vote puppets though

Agreed. House, Drop Dead, Girl Gone - are all great songs on a great album. Possibly one of the best rock albums ever.

But metal? No. The closest they got to metal IMO would be stuff like Atomic Punk, and um....um...

@Hiwatts-n-Gibsons - MOP is one of my favorite albums ever. If I had to pick only one it would be a tough choice. But the web site is literally Ultimate Classic Rock so in that context - MOP is not Classic Rock. Hell, 1984 is really not Classic Rock either in my book anyway. It is a very modern sounding album.
