The word caucasian refers to the people of the caucasus, which Caucasus hunter gatherer ancestry can be found in both Europeans and middle easterners. Which is just one reason why middle easterners are genetically closest to europeans due to shared ancestry. The point I made about Europeans technically being constituted as a race, is due to all having the same components, but in varying amounts. Maybe the word ethnicity would be of better use. An ethnic brit differs from a Russian ethnically, even though they share some ancestry. In different proportions. It's not that hard to understand dude. Europeans are Caucasian, but not all caucasians are European.
