Up for sale is my single channel MGL 50 amp with the purple circuit. Rather than wax poetic here, I will direct you to the following thread that I created after purchasing the amp from MGL. The cliff notes version is that I had them do some special tweaks to this one to make it a little more plexi-ish. The thread is here:

Suffice to say, it's an absolutely killer amp that brings the goods from low/medium gain into modded 2204/plexi territory. It's great with both humbuckers and single coils. I'm mostly a humbucker guy, but with a strat, this amp can easily push into those heavy Blackmore tones, ala Deep Purple Burn and early Rainbow. No ice pick here. All NOS tubes throughout. Mini switch on the front is for the gain level. On the back there's a voicing switch, SAT switch and an effects loop that has its own on/off switch. These are all very cool and useful features.

Amp is generally in very good condition. Maybe a minor nick here or there if you get out your magnifying glass, but nothing that I would consider notable. $1,900 lovingly packed and shipped with extra insurance to cover both of us. Buyer pays fees if using PP goods and services. Price is firm. NO TRADES.
