I'm bringing this thread back from the dead..without Richedie to help me out, not sure i'll come up with an answer but here is to hoping. Almost 6 months later, I'm wondering if more people have had experience with the retro30 and Lynchback? I've now moved away from two greenbacks and currently have paired up two weber legacy speakers with two eminence Lynch Super V12 (I know i said i had just pulled them.... put em back in and now i see why i pulled them! ) Not sure why but they just fell out of favour with me when i really dug them early on. The RI greenbacks continued to bug me on the sharp high end and the eminence have this tight fizzy tone to them I'm not sure i'm digging anymore. I've also considered seeing if I can just trade a pair of greenbacks and two eminence super V's in an avatar cab for a 1960 lead cab with well worn in G12T-75's! I know, crazy. Right now my preference is to put everything through my jcm800 combo with a single Weber in it. As such, still flirting with either two retro30's or two lynchbacks which are considerably more expensive for me.
