Pulling out the industrial strength fryer for fried chicken today. It’s actually an indoor rotisserie turkey fryer (using it outside today because it’s nice) that takes 3 gallons of oil and can hold up to a 14 pound bird. It’s a bad ass - too bad they don’t make them anymore.

That thing is badass!
Dude, it really is. The rotisserie keeps a turkey half submerged and a 14 lb bird is done in under 90 minutes. Crispy skin and juicy throughout - without the danger of burning your garage down 😄. Did I mention you can cook 5 lbs of French fries at a time? Or that you can put water in it and steam things (clams, mussels, etc.).

I watched a video on it.
We deep fried thanksgiving turkeys for like 20 years, could do big turkeys is 90 minutes, never burnt anything down lol.
But the rotisserie frying is very interesting, never saw that before. And being a steamer is super convenient too.

OHHHHH HELLL YEAHHHHHH!!!!! That is badass man, that is cooler to me than most amps. Post crispy chicken when done.

I couldn’t get to it fast enough before people started grabbing pieces. Was delicious. I bought chicken breasts, but everyone wanted thighs and drumsticks. So, that’s what I cooked…
