As far as digital fuzz goes, I'm very happy with the Fuzz Face and Octavia models in my HX Effects; they sound and behave very accurately IMO. Haven't tried those in Helix Native yet, I'm working on Allan Holdsworth tones there: lead, clean chorus, and clean swell tones.

Too bad Line 6, being owned by Yamaha, doesn't add a Yamaha UD Stomp "8x parallel modulated delay model with panning"; Yamaha did this in the '90s IIRC, this should be easy for Line 6 in 2023 IMO. Getting there with the HD delay models is tedious, time consuming and frustrating.... I'll get there eventually (I hope)

The big things for me were matching the impedence to the actual IR I was using ( recto with recto impedence curve etc) and remembering that the control work like the actual amps: aka, for high gain, turn the damn master volume DOWN. I don’t run it over 9 o’clock barely for any high gain amp. The overhead meter below is a huge help for this.

I just ordered an fm3 to try as a rehearsal/pedalboard rig. First time trying any of their stuff. Do you need a mxr cable to 1/4” to run into a power amp? Just trying to get anything i need to use it before it gets here.

Got my FM3 turbo, FC6 and Axe III turbo on Friday. I've used the Fractal stuff since 2018 and came back to it once again.
I returned my Kemper stage and QC. FM3/FC6 is for rehearsals. Axe III/FC6 is for gigs with the FM3 as a backup.

Running this through a pair of EV PMX-12MPs. Fantastic monitors for live!

I am just really comfortable with this stuff and like the amps/tones/FX that Fractal uses.
