My guitar instrumental CD is finally done! - Now on iTunes

Cool. Thanks Steve. I seemed to have dropped this CD at a weird time when a lot of the guys from the old HC days and long time Rig Talkers aren't popping in very much.

Yeah, I haven't been around much myself - the acquisition of my company and my acquisition of new gear are taking up all of my time... :lol: :LOL:

I agree though - I don't see others around as much either...

Thanks a lot buddy! I appreciate the feedback. My 8 year old likes it too. But she has to. The poor thing had to listen to those songs 50 billion times while I was working on it. Maybe I can do a tour of all the 3rd grade classes in California. :rock:

Will listen tomorrow on the way to work and back and will letcha know. Of course, based on the stuff you leaked earlier, I'll be having a hard time picking my jaw up off the floor at that point... :thumbsup:

I'll appreciate some feedback on tones and mixing and stuff like that too. I was really winging it when the time came to mix that thing :doh:

Thanks Mike. I appreciate the kind words but will have to respectfully disagree. That old Shrapnel stuff had Racer X and Steeler and MacAlpine and Howe and Vinnie Moore. I'm just a guitar nerd having some fun here. :)
 
Finally got Curt's album in the mail and been listening in my car

This album will rock you so hard you'll become more manly through osmosis


I'll put a real review up after I get to digest the tunes

as for chubtone's claim he's just a guitar guy and isn't shrapnel worthy, I disagree

If he had been 10 years older, he'd have been in some kick ass band like winger...er I mean LION or def could have been one of those early shrapnel guys, the ones that used marshalls and couldn't play faster than video games yet ;)

if only.. in 1990, Cobain had done just a little more drugs and forgotten his smells like teen spirit riff...
