Hi, finally I am able to show you my main pedalboard.

It took a while to decide which pedals should be on it. They guys from http://www.tonehunter.com have done the work and I am extremly satisfied with it! The first row of pedals is a little bit higher, just in case I need to step directly on one of the pedals e.g. to change the preset of the timefactor.

The Signalchain is as follows:

Guitar - EB Volumepedal - Morley Wah - Gigrig
Loop1: Keeley comp
Loope2: Wampler Exctasy
Loop3: Wampler Hot Wired Brent Mason
Loop4: Brunetti Taxi Drive
Loop5: Radial Texas Bones
Loop6: MXR Phase 90
Loop7: Red With Chorus
Loop8: Carl Martin Tremo`vibe
Loop9: preamp section of amplifier (currently Brunetti Mercury!)
Loop10: Eventide Timefactor in Amp effectsloop

The tuner is connected to the Volumepedal just to save some space, cause otherwise I would need more space between the Wah an the Gigrig, if I would like to use tha AUX/TUNER out of the Gigrig.

To be able to connect everything very quick, I have a custombox from Tonehunter so it takes me approx. 60 seconds to have everything ready, cause I use a multicore from the pedalboard to the amp.

I use the switch options of the gigrig to switch the channels of my amp and also the gainboost of my amp. It works perfect!!! Very comfortable cause I do not need the amps footswitch anymore.

There is also a very small tap-tempo switch for the delay beneath the Wah on the right.

This pedalboard gives me all sounds I need in combination with the Brunetti. It goes from very nice bluessounds, to hot country/rock and Steve Vai Leads, if necessary.

I use it mainly to get nice crunch sounds out of it and combine with few effects. My current setup is mono, but when I play just infront of amps, I could easily setup a stereo-setup, so that the delay is stereo. The gigrig is also great to work with two different amps and to asign them to presets e.g. Chorus in combination with a nice clean combo, next preset combines delay+phaser+Taxi drive with a marshall type amp.

But for the moment, it is perfect like it is with my Brunetti. I might change the signal position of the volumepedal, to have it directly before the delay within the amp effectsloop. I will check it.

I am also not 100% satisfied with the Redwitch, maybe it will be replaced in future, cause I do not use the Chorus sound, I simulate a kind of leslie/rotary sound, and there are some better pedals on the market for this purpose I think.

So, hope you like the pedalboard like I do :D

The whole system is powered by the GIGRIG GENERATOR including two GIGRIG DISTRIBUTER. There is no noise or hum! Only the Carlmartin pedal needs additional power, cause it has an inbuilt powercable.

Yeah, the Keeley compressor is great! I love it.

Maybe one of you guys has an idea for another Leslie/Rotary Pedal to replace the Redwitch?

I have tried the Retrosonic Chorus and EWS Arion Chorus, the funny thing is, I also tried a "cheap" Marshall Supervibe which was able to make pretty good rotary sounds.

But the Redwitch seemed to be the best one, but I am still searching for a better one, that does not affect the prue sound that much. The Redwitch sounds cool, but the sound get`s little bit thinner when it is acitvated. I want to have a fast rotary sound that keeps the original signal as good as possible.

Would be great if you have any suggestions.

Demeter makes one but I never played it. http://www.demeteramps.com/

Do you need a degree in pedalology to operate that thing

Looks great. Curious if you have tried the phase 90 before your dirt pedals, if not, I recommend giving it a try.

  this was the first thing I checked, when choosing the Loopersystem for my pedals.

The Gigrig Pro-14 is very very easy to use, you even do not really have to read the manual.

Yes, I tried a few things with the pedals before. I tried the phase90 before the dirt pedals, tried the Carl Martin and Redwitch in the effectsloop...

For me, this is currently the best working thing. I like the phase 90 after the pedals but the funny thing is, it does not sound well in combination with the Wampler XTC, but works great with the taxi drive or the Texas Bone.

Pedals are really a strange thing, but I have lots of fun with them

Well done! I looked into these guys when I had more pedals but downsized and no longer need Gigrig stuff. However, my delay is a Anolgecho from Wampler pedals which is amazing. That guy Brian Wampler does an amazing job creating new pedals. I want to get his Chorus and Tape Delay. I'm on the list to get the new boost pedal for solos. LOVE WAMPLER PEDALS! You guys need to check his stuff out. Well built and inexpensive.

Not to thread high jack, but I have been impressed with the Super Plextortion clips I have heard from Wampler. I wouldn't call them "inexpensive" myself, but they aren't as bad as some.

How are you liking the Radial Texas?

I have the Classic ToneBone, and I really like that, so I was wondering how their new pedals are sounding...

My favorite part of your board are the chain link pedal tie downs.

Perfect solution for a well planned board.

Volume pedal would be hard for me to use in that config, but I might use mine more than you do.

Overall, very impressive!

Nice set-up. Your board and my board should hang out together!!!

The Texas is the first and only Radial pedal I have played and I think it`s a very good pedal cause it works with every amp I have and it works with clean channel`s as well as with crunchy channels.

I use it in combination with a crunchy channel and it gives me a very fat singing leadsound. It`s a pitty that I do not need that sound so often. Together with the Morley Wah it even sounds like a Steve Vai Leadsound, so not very "texas" :-)

But, in combination with a cleanchannel, it gives you cool bluesy leadsound and you can adjust it also to a very full rhythm sound. Definetly a versatile pedal, but you have to tweak it a little bit with the tone knob and the switches. The cool thing is that you have two channels in one "small" pedal. The only thing I miss is a separate gain control for each channel.

It's always the way, isn't it? ;)

Cool, I will try it out with some amps and see what I think. I actually just a handmade German OD pedal... I can not for the life of me remember what it's called, but I know its orange   And apparently quite new to the market. Still gotta try it out... Fuck it... I aint going to work today!

Okko Diablo... Thats the one!

Right now, its really awesome... But i still gotta properly try it with my whole set up.

And its definitely orange... Its right in front of me, and just looking at it makes me thirsty
