Nice stuff! You need about 6-7 more 4x12's so you can run them all at the same time ;)

Wow cool setup man. How do you like the Ampete?

I love it! The switching is smooth and quiet, except for the PT100 which has always had a high pitch squeal issue which you hear for a short moment when switching between the other amps. I'm selling it because I'm disappointed with the clean channel and the noise issue. The amp sound fine but not stellar for the amount of money I paid for!

I thinking of getting one. I'm curious, can you use your power station to only attenuate one amp at the time. So between an amp and the Ampete?

I use the PS after the Ampete, so all the amps out goes into the Ampete and the single out goes into the PS. Works seamlessly.

I have 2 Marshall 1960B cabs and one Scumback custom made 4 x 12 cab that looks like a 1960B. I also have 2 x 12 cab. They all have different Scumback speakers. The Scumback 4 x 12 cab has 4 different Scumback speakers, BH75,M75,H75 and H55, each miked with it's own Shure 57 mic so I can pick which speaker I'm going to use without moving the cab. I also use a Royer 121 ribbon mic and a Heil P 20 UT which I also blend with the 57's.

I used to use it for slaving my amps but since the Power Station does a great job and it sounds amazing especially after being modded, I don't need to slave my amps with the 2 90 anymore.

What mods were done to the Power Station???

I took out the low pass filter and changed the presence control.

That is a lot of good stuff.

I've got a Furman PQ-3 as well and I love it. Sounds fat, warm and works really well as a booster and to tighten up the lows. I don't really find it all that noisy either unless i'm using some fairly extreme settings... i use it more or less like the icing on the cake... fine tuning some frequencies before they hit that amp (Randall RG100HT rackmount). It does that job well. I will never sell it, as it has become such an important part of my tone.

Very nice! Lots of tone fun to be had there!

congrats!

Thanks! I need a Fender Deluxe type of amp for cleans and I would have all the sounds I need.

What kinda chair are you using to sit at your DAW? Contoured/ergo style or, just plain ol' wheelie office style chair?

Good to know. The time spent at a DAW can be hell if you don't have good support. Nice choice man!!

I had a Raynor, can't remember the model, was good. Currently dismantled and in storage.

Yours is a sweet choice.

I love mine! it's very comfortable and if you sit properly it helps my back, plus I can work longer without feeling uncomfortable. It looks similar to the photo you posted.

Studio looks killer. How do you use an office chair with arms on it for a guitarists home studio?
