Ive been wanting some sort of a hot rod for quite a while now. I wanted a Fox body mustang 87-93, I had one in High school. The prices are insane on them. Two weeks ago I bought some home speakers from a guy off Marketplace, he asks me if I liked car audio as well, which I do. then shows me this car sitting out back of his house, full of car audio, long story short, he said you should just buy the whole car, so I did. Its a 2004 Chevy Corvette Base, 6 speed manual, Kooks long tubes, Corsa mid pipe and cat back(no cats), SLP Blackwing CAI, basically has all the bolt ons already done. I made him a cash offer thinking, he would laugh. He thought about it a day, then accepted it. So here I am, a Corvette owner now. Shas a little rough around the edges, but Ill fix her up for sure. It has a full Focal system in it, however, im a car audio addict as well, so its getting a Jl Audio 13w7 in it, should get pretty radical. just sharing another hobby of mine. Corvettes are unlike any car Ive ever worked on, not much room anywhere. Buy a 24 year old Corvette, it'll be fun they said....
