N(very Orange)CD!

I moved to a new apartment a couple of weeks ago, and sadly I couldn't bring my trusty Mesa Roadking 4x12. So I looked for a nice 1x12 or 2x12, and ended up with this Orange half open back 2X12. It's a little more compact than the regular Orange 2x12, and for low volumes the open back is great!
The cab sounds amazing, better than I expected! When I was looking for a 4x12 for my Triple rectifier I tried it with a Orange 4x12, which didn't sound that great IMO. This however sounds wicked! I haven't sold the Roadking, I keep it for bandpractice.

The semi open back is allowing the Mesa lowend to stretch it's legs a bit and bloom throughout the room.

Exactly this! The previous owner made a fitting piece of birch that can be screwed for the open back, so it's a closed back. But it sounds too good now to even try that
