Killer mancave! I've been drooling over your Charvels and some of the clones you had done in the past for quite some time. (The Kotton Kandy and Kandy Tangerine ones, in particular.) You've really got me wanting to put snakeskin on something, as well...

My mancave sucks

The home heating oil tank gives your mancave an industrial feel though Scott.

Cool story. I still have a license plate that I bought in SOHO about 20 years ago that I kept.

i have the plate from my first car. it reads "N2THVOID" (In To The Void) i was, and still am a big black sabbath fan.

nah mailman, not weird after the cars (sentimental value to me) i rather have the kelly over the chick since odds are she's way into her 50s now and that's all i can think of when i look at the vid   plus the fact that the one time they let her drive my dad's vette in the filming at slow speed she crashed it into the damn camera truck  thankfully they paid to have it fixed and it was minor cracks in the fiberglass nose. so that makes me not much of a fan of hers.

thanks! the last Clone ever is hanging first in line on the wall (the flamed mahogany body one). i'm soon going to start my own new guitar line that aren't just charvel copies but will cover that territory and more.

license plate above the door

there's a reason i have the love is for suckers album up there and the HOT LOVE plate above the door, because my fathers highly modified 1982 corvette was the costar of the "Hot Love" video and my brothers 1969 pro street camaro the "Quarter Pounder" was also in it. i was there (as a kid mind you, i was around 6 or so) for the filming of the majority of the video. i have a handful of behind the scenes pictures from it.

funny thing about that plate, if you watch the video you'll see they forgot to change the plate sometimes and in some scenes it reads "HOT LOVE" and in others it's my father's plate "NO JOSHN" (his name is Josh and the vette was seriously no joke...built engine, supercharged with nitrous)

here's the vid...

my brother is the one who throws his hands over his head and makes the "ohhhh" face after the first race at the start of the video

my brother's '69 camaro is the one she waves on to race at around 2:45 in the vid.

thus why i have the most obscure TS album on my wall...although i really do love that album even though it's not really TS and it's Reb Beach on guitar but he's just a monster player.

i tried to buy that jackson kelly from the video from Eddie a few years back but he already sold it to a friend.

here's on of the pics...

thats a great story!

 Wow! Just WOW! I have something to shoot for now. I love the clean/tidy ness of it all. Noit to mention the kick ass gear.

Amazing gear room/mancave!!! Did that Cantrell Wah pic come with the pedal by chance?

thanks. no, that poster (which is hand signed by Jerry) was a gift from a buddy at Dunlop. it didn't come with the wah.

:inlove: :worship: I have nothing to say but WOW!!! I need customers like you. :rawk: :salute:

Great story!. Awesome gear!! Cool-Ass room!!!, down to the Charvel stool, I think somebody else pointed out, and they may be right, you have a Charvel fetish! I am partial to the LP and Marshall though, classic combo, classic tones!!,,,p.s, change out the Vanity Fair for a guitar, gun or car mag!!!!!

thanks guys.

  the vanity fair is only there since it's an issue with Marilyn Monroe on the cover (i'm a big fan of hers). as you can see through the door into in the other room, the warhol print of her on the wall. which i based an OD pedal on that i used to build called the "Monroe Drive"...

Looks great man! I may post a thread of "Peavey 5150 vs 3120 vs ____" as I may be looking for a slightly different flavour to my 5150 II.

Cool setup, I'd like to find a cheap 3120 or 5150.
