NAD: Blackstar ID Core 40

Hey there mates! Picked this up a few days ago. Loved the effects on it. It's a good little practice amp. Blackstar amps seem to be decent compared to many on the market. Anyways here's some pictures of this little beast. Has anyone here had a chance to try them out? The stereo thing is a little a trip at first. It has a noise sound gate so the notes at times get cut off to soon. I just had to mess around with it to get it dialed in the way I like.

For $180 out the door I said I'll take one. So far I really like it. It's not like my EVH 5150 III though. But for fucking around it's fun to riff on.

Tried one out a couple of weeks ago and flipped on the stereo spread. When you find the sweet spot it sounds like the speakers are a few feet apart instead of inches. Definitely on the gotta get list

It's definitely a keeper of an amp. The Blackstar insider software for these amps is pretty incredible. It wasn't on my list at all until I sat down and riffed on it. Amazing is all I can say. It's for some and not for others. I like the tones it puts out. The stereo spread gives it some MOJO. Good all around amp.

They have a 2x60, and I think the heads (60 & 100 watt) can run stereo.
