Shout out to hatrick00! Sold me the mini Klein-ulator that he bought from Ceriatone last night and I already have a tracking number today!

Congrats on the amp. I was trying to get black faceplates for an amp I got on order and he didnt seem like it was doable which he usually will make just about any change you ask for so I didnt push it in this instance. I'm done to my Mark IV and my KSR Orthos so I'm really missing having a Marshall esq amp

I am still tweaking and matching different boosts with it. Once the mini Klein gets here I am guessing that I will tweak things up some more but for today using a LP with a JB in the bridge, Koko Boost or JHS Bonsai, into a Marshall 1960B with greenbacks, the settings are:

Resonance - 4
Presence - 6
Bass - 4
Middle - 7
Treble - 6
Gains 1 and 2 - 7
Focus - pulled
Era - right (80's)
Bright 1 and 2 - left
P Trim - 7

I like the master volume taper also. It's easy to set it for low volume without a huge jump from nothing to pant flapping loud. Nice gradual increase as you continue to turn it up also.

I've been curious about these for a long time.

How convincing is the Plexi mode for heavier classic stuff like Zep? Does the amp respond and clean up well with your volume and tone controls?

Consider the left gain controls saturation, so you can decide you fat or cutting your overdrive will be according to its position. You can either deliver the Splawn thing or the Friedman, in a sense.

Killer looking amp!

Wonder if Nick is still planning on releasing an MCII clone?

I think he is still working on it. I think he maybe working with Burger on it but I could be wrong. I spoke to Nik about something unrelated and he mentioned delays with it. Although I would think you would see the Slo before the MCII though.

I read that in the manual and need to spend some more time with it. To be honest, I am not a tweaker at all! I want the amp to sound good out of the gate and then just fine tune. For some reason I am actually enjoying playing with all of the options because of all of the great tones I am finding in there.

The mini Klein is supposed to land today so I am excited to get that into the loop tonight. Have only played the amp dry so far and I love it! Let's see what happens with some verb and delay.

The ERA switch in the center position is the Plexi / 70's Marshall spot. Volume cleans up very well here. Have not messed with the guitars tone controls yet. Paige's plexi tones are in there for sure.
