I am not expert but according to Wikipedia the Blue Stripe is the most aggressive of the bunch. The way I have it dialed-in seems very thrash-ish to me which is not really my style as I am more of an 80's hair metal kinda dude lol.

What speakers did Sykes use?

I found a Coliseum that was VERY well cared for. It has the footswitches and even the original owners manual. It appears to be a Blue Stripe. It has Reverb too.
Check it out!

He mostly used two no stripe Mark III Coliseums slaved together with two Boogie metal grill Half Back 4x12 cabs with Black Shadow C90's in the open top and EVM 12L's in the closed bottom. He did use a Jose modded Marshall for the solo on "Is This Love" and a Marshall cab with 65's in it.
