I've had this amp for a few weeks now and have had the opportunity to put it through the paces a bit. Nor as much as I would like to, but enough to really get to know the amp. My Peters has the Halo, Regulus, and Vega channels. Overall, the amp is amazing. Great tone, great feel, and a number of options that allow dialing in the tone and feel you desire.

The Halo does very nice cleans. It can be set up to get a Fendery sort of chime to it with a Strat, but for my purposes I've dialed it in to be more Plexi type clean. Does the edge of break up thing beautifully with my Les Paul. Love this channel. It also takes pedals extremely well.

The Regulus is everything I wanted a JCM 800 to be. Has that character with more articulation, tighter bottom, and no high pitched treble. Still has a ton of bite though. Also, more gain available than I'll ever need. I spend most of my time on this channel. Just sounds fantastic.

The Vega is the modded Marshall sound, but it's not as compressed as a lot of other MM type amps I've tried. Still very open sounding. Tons of gain on tap here too. This channel alone can cover a lot of ground. Tight bottom end, lots of bite, and just a great tone.

I'm still in the honeymoon phase with this one, but I'm really enjoying it so far. James makes a great amp and the build quality is exceptional. He's helped me out a ton and his customer service is just amazing. Great guy who makes a great product. Can't recommend Peters amps enough.

Score!!! James is a great amp builder. I have a vega/gryphon I got from gsxrbusa. Glad you are digging your new amp.

I'd like to try a Peters amp one of these days, I like how you can choose the preamp you want.

Congrats man! I have the Chimera/FSM & Hydra/Halo, killer amps. Gone is the Uberschall, Herbert and D'Moll. For me, Peters kicks their ass. The FSM is just the perfect brutal preamp for down-tuned metal (I have yet to try the Vega or Regulus).

KSR amps are the shiznit too. The Orthos will be staying, and the Ares is incoming. Enjoy bro! \,,/

Enjoy it man! Peters amp are awesome. Love my vega/gnl!

Congrats on the amp.
And thanks for posting a clip man! Been hanging to hear some demos of the Vega channel. Nice taste in pickups too! Wade is king.
Btw just wondering if you have experimented with using the amp's master volume? You can get ridiculously good tones from a Peters amp at any volume.

Oh yeah, nice amp you got there. Should be getting my new triple this week, or early next week. Can't wait to try out the Regulus channel. Also got the GNL and really curious about it too.

Congrats man, these are very fine amplifiers. Enjoy it.

Yeah, I did actually. I'm finding I like the way it sounds better with the Master up a ways and bringing it back down with the PS. The tone is a little more vintage sounding to my ears that way with the cab I was using,at least at lower volumes. In the band setting I don't use the PS.

congrats.. would like to hear it without the power station!
